Narrator won't start up...

I downloaded Narrator this morning and can't get it to open. I unzipped the install file, dragged Narrator to my Applications, and double clicked... nothing.

Tried deleting, redownloading and reinstalling... still nothing.
Help?

Narrator 2 requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). Since you're using Tiger, you'll need to use version 1.1.4, which you can download via this link:

Download Narrator 1.1.4

It isn't as nice as version 2, but works in versions of Mac OS X back to 10.1.5.
