CaboodleI think that the icons would be just a little bit bigger... The ability to choose the background color of the sidebar would be appreciated too.

The icon size is a compromise between legibility and taking up too much space in the entries list. They actually used to be a bit smaller, but I made them as big as I thought was reasonable.
I'm curious, why do you want to change the sidebar color?
