How to make Finder window appear on top of current window / application

Using Google Chrome or Safari, I downloaded a few files.

When the download is over, I click on the downloaded file and nothing seems to happen.

Turns out the file's content is opened in a Finder window behind the current browser window.

Is there a way to make the Finder window appear on top of the current browser window ? This will save me and many others the extra effort of searching and clicking.

Am hoping this is possible considering the development of FinderFront.

I don't have any current plans to enhance FinderFront. But I'd think it'd solve what you want. FinderFront will bring all Finder windows to the front when you click on the desktop.
