Is there -- or could there be -- a way to vary the colour of the blobs on Caboodle note titles?
I'd like to use colours to mark different subject areas

By "blobs" do you mean the icons? You can paste or drag any image into the little image well by the Subject field. So you could have different-colored or shaped images.

You can find suitable images very easily, e.g. via a Google Images search for "icon", or something more specific.

I'll give it a go. But really, I just wanted to vary the colour of the markers.
