Yes, you should be able to do that, using AppleScript or Automator. Use Script Editor or Automator to make a script to open the folder or play a video from the folder, and save it to Time Out's Scripts folder (which you can reveal via an item in the add action menu, via the (+) button on the Actions page).
You can then choose to perform that script action when the break finishes (or other time of your choosing).
