I downloaded Narrator this morning and can't get it to open. I unzipped the install file, dragged Narrator to my Applications, and double clicked... nothing.

Tried deleting, redownloading and reinstalling... still nothing.
Help?

Dear Narrator fans,
here is something I encountered just recently. Narrator worked fine for some time. Suddenly it started to behave: "Narrator" speaks the sentence, then other voice starts "talking" but in a manner spelling narration (letter by letter)!? It cannot be corrected whatever you do!
Is it some kind of BUG?
