Introducing Simon 5!

Simon version 5 is now available. It is a massive update, introducing a much-requested feature: syncing the Simon data between multiple Macs, plus a Simon Status service, a Link Checker filter, improved Find filter, iMessage and Speak Error notifiers, a new app icon, and much more.

Important: please note that Simon 5 requires a minimum of macOS 10.12 (Sierra), and is a paid upgrade from Simon 4. Purchasers since September 1, 2020 automatically get a version 5 license (that also works in previous versions).

Searching in Tests titles and other data?

Hi!
For example, I have 1000 tests.
1. Is it possible to find specific test using search in tests titles?
2. Is it possible to find specific test using search in Service fields (for example in URLs).
Thanks.

Re: Searching in Tests titles and other data?

Wow, that's a lot of tests!

There isn't a way to search for tests like that at present. The search field only applies to the currently displayed log. Most people don't have that many tests, so there's no need to search for them.

You may be able to organize your tests into groups to make them easier to find.

Re: Searching in Tests titles and other data?

Hello!
Most people don't have many tests??????
Where such confidence?

As be honest, when we have only 50 tests - using search field to find specific test is the best way.

Very strange, that so powerful application does not have commonplace search option.

Re: Searching in Tests titles and other data?

It's something I've thought about adding, but since most people have a smaller number of tests, it hasn't been a popular request. I'll add your vote for this enhancement, though.

Re: Searching in Tests titles and other data?

Hello!
All know programs have search inside: uTorrent, Mail app, Finder, Forklift and hundreds other.
I'll purchase your program, when it will have search option.
