Default font, size, color

How can I change the default font, size and color? I use an uncommon font, 14 point and blue, and I would like to make this my default so I don't have to change every time I start a new note.

That isn't an option at present, but has been requested before, and is something I definitely want to add.

In the meantime, a workaround is to have a top-level entry with the font etc you want, then when you want to create a new entry, select that template one then add a new sibling or child entry. The font settings from the template one will be inherited (child entries also inherit the custom fields and icon).
